2. Personal Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to respond to your inquiries and provide our services:
- Identification information: first name, last name
- Contact information: email address, phone number, postal code (where applicable)
- Project information: type of product (windows, doors), project description, message
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device used, pages visited, visit duration, traffic source (collected via Google Analytics, subject to your consent)

3. Purposes of Collection
Your personal information is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your free estimate and contact requests
- Communicate with you about your windows and doors project
- Provide our manufacturing and installation services
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

- Google Maps (Google LLC) — display of our showroom location.
Transfer outside Quebec: In accordance with Law 25, we inform you that some of your information may be processed outside Quebec (United States). We have assessed that these providers offer adequate protection through contractual means.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: necessary for the site to function (language preferences, security). Do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 — site performance measurement (anonymized). Activated only with your consent.

- Customer records: 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship (tax obligations and warranties)
- Analytics data (GA4): 14 months maximum
- Cookies: according to their technical lifespan (generally 24 months maximum)

In accordance with Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to know what information we hold about you
- Right to correction: to have inaccurate information corrected
- Right to de-indexation and cessation of dissemination ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to data portability in a structured technological format
- Right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

9. Security
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Our website uses HTTPS (SSL/TLS) protocol to encrypt communications.
10. Privacy Incidents
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a serious risk of harm, we will notify you as soon as possible and notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, in accordance with Law 25.
11. Minors
Our website is not intended for persons under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information about minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
